One more year to go!

Well, I now have one more year to go until I am officially a Senior Citizen! My birthday highlight was seeing Jordan in his first performance as a magician..."The Mystical Nadroj", at his school. He did his "7 pennies" trick. Although he said he was nervous, he was great! Art said it was better than any movie or TV show.


He was quite pleased with himself and very excited to receive the black magic wand from his teacher. Now, he wants to work on getting his "green wand."

After the show, we stopped at Marianne's before the adults went to Busch's Grove for a delicious and relaxing dinner. It was a great birthday! (They even let me take pictures!)

Jordan the Artist

Last night Jordan was featured in his first art show. It was held at the local high school and there were participants from all of the grade schools, the junior high and the high school where they will all eventually end up. There were only a handful of kindergarteners chosen from Jordan's school and he ended up having two of his pieces showcased. He was very very proud and so were we! Here they are.... "Robots" and "Dream House".
