Working on Walking
Both the girls are showing signs they want to walk. They will both basically walk if we support them by holdings their hands. They really like it. Right now, Marin is walking better, but Annelie has more drive to walk. If she sees us walking Marin, she cries until we walk her. And when we walk her, when we finally put her to sit down, she cries and cries until we walk her again. Hopefully they'll be able to walk on their own soon, because my back hurts from bending over and walking them so much.

Our Feb. trip to CA
Over Presidents' Weekend, we visited Andy, Greta, and the twins. The girls have really changed and are cuter than ever. We enjoyed seeing the differences in their emerging personalities and their new skills.

Marin seems more "on the go", almost ready to walk, and more curious...

While Annelie is serious, she also has a silly side, likes to crawl around, and is more "talkative".

Both girls love books and are so well behaved, it's hard to believe!

After reading about animals, they enjoyed seeing them at the zoo.

They were a joy to be with.

Now that they're crawling, it was harder to get decent pictures, especially of the two together, but Annelie cooperated by making faces for the camera and was awake more, so I got more pictures of her this time. They are both such beautiful, sweet, good natured, smart and fun children to be around. We know they'll change a lot by the next time we see them.

Bathtime Fun
Our kids LOVE their bathtime. They are really going to have a problem when we stop bathing them together. (Are the teenage years too late?) Here are some fun bath photos Steve took the other night...
